We know that cloud providers aren't known for being easy to contact for support, and we didn't want to sit on our laurels, which is why we're excited to be the first CSP to provide free livechat support to all customers.
You were only one click away from launching your instance, now you are also one click away from reaching out to us - without needing to change tabs.
For those of you who have already used our support tickets, you will not see much difference in terms of response delay. However, there will be no need for you to open a new mail tab with the in-console chat.

The Live Chat feature is now available when you log into the Element Console. Whether or not you have ordered products already, whether your account was created recently, or years ago, whatever the time of the day, or the day of the week - you will get a reply.
